In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary projects within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Acting as the bridge between engineering, production, supply chain, and quality, you ensure that projects are delivered successfully from concept to completion. You play a key role in production strategy, product development, and operational optimization, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration across departments.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Project leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams to execute product and process projects successfully.
Stakeholder management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Decision support:
Contribute to make-or-buy analyses and develop business cases for new products.
QCD improvement:
Drive continuous improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance.
Planning & execution:
Create detailed project plans and manage progress, timelines, and budgets.
Reporting:
Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Optimization:
Oversee phase-in/phase-out activities and lead process improvement initiatives.

Jouw profiel

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Management, or a similar field.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Lead Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary teamwork and international production settings.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Languages:
Fluent in English (required); Dutch is an advantage.
Personality:
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
Nice to have:
Experience with business case development, electronic manufacturing (SMT, PCB), and EMS partners.
